AISIN Established Body Parts Manufacturing Company in Turkey

| Aisin Seiki Co. Ltd.(President: Kanshiro Toyoda; Headquarters: Kariya, Japan) has established a new manufacturing company, which produces the automotive body-related products such as door frames and door latches in Tuzla, Turkish Republic. The new company was named as "AISIN OTOMOTIV PARCALARI SANAYI VE TICARET A.S. , and will start the production in April, 2005. AISIN has ever been manufacturing the body-related products at Aisin Europe Manufacturing (UK) Ltd.(President: Shunzo Hattori; Headquarters: Birmingham,U.K.) , and supplied those products to car manufacturers in Europe. In addition to this existing manufacturing base, AISIN has decided to expand the production capacity to meet with the requirements of its customers in the region.
