| Aisin Seiki Co., Ltd., (Mr. Yasuhito Yamauchi,
president; headquarters in Kariya, Aichi, Japan) has announced that
the Aisin Group including domestic subsidialies and North American
holding company, will donate a total of US$60,000 (approximately 6.6
million yen) for helping with the relief efforts following the disaster
caused by Hurricane Katrina in the US Gulf Coast.
