Aisin Seiki Co., Ltd., (Mr. Kanshiro Toyoda,
president; headquarters in Kariya-city, Aichi, Japan) announced a
new management system, set to take effect after the general meeting
of shareholders in June.
With the globalization of business and intensifying competition, the
new management system is aimed at further strengthening of the AISIN
group management, and is intended to shorten decision-making time
and speed up operations under the corporate auditor system.

1.Streamlined board of directors
Reducing the number of board members, aiming to accelerate the decision-making
processes.
2.Introduced non-board managing officers
Introduction of the managing officer system in order to more effectively
concentrate on the business execution by division, department and
