AISIN Group's Six Companies to Jointly Participate in the 36th Tokyo Motor Show
2002 -Commercial Vehicles-

| Aisin Seiki Co., Ltd. (President:
Kanshiro Toyoda; Headquarters: Kariya, Aichi) and Aisin Takaoka Co., Ltd., Aisin
Chemical Co., Ltd., Aisin AW Co., Ltd., Aisin AI Co., Ltd., and ADVICS Co., Ltd.,
six of the AISIN Group companies will jointly participate in the 36th Tokyo Motor
Show 2002. Details of the AISIN Group booth are as follows:
| 1.Exhibit Purpose: |
The pursuit of "Quality First," the AISIN
Group continually strives to expand and improve environmentally-friendly, safe,
comfortable and attractive automotive parts and systems, such as Drivetrain, Body,
Brake & Chassis, Engine and Information related products.
During the 36th Tokyo Motor Show 2002, the group will present innovative products
from each group company and a demonstration car II equipped with the group's major
products. The AISIN Group hopes visitors will take this opportunity to enjoy our
booth by viewing and interacting with the products behind the scenes, and to understand
the group's technology and collective strength. |

| 3.Characteristics: |
The AISIN Group booth consists of two zones: the
demonstration car zone and exhibits companies zone.
At the demonstration car zone, the group exhibit "Demonstration Car II",
which is a wire-framed car model equipped with about 250 major automotive parts
and systems of the AISIN Group, presents to the visitors the mechanism, operation
and features with narrator and video footage.
At exhibits companies zone, each group company has its own corner to exhibit
the major products and panels introducing technological advances so as to show
the results of the group's unique technical developments and the development realized
by close cooperation among group companies.
At Aisin AW corner, the car navigation stage is designed to introduce the
advanced network car navigation system linked with the information from mobile
phones or personal computers, also with narrator and video footage.
