On behalf of our nearly 9,000 North American associates, I’d like to welcome you to the Website of Aisin World Corp. of America, which offers a window into the Aisin world –our company, culture, and products.
We could use this space to make bold proclamations about being number one, outpacing our competitors on every front, and so on. Instead, we’d prefer you to come away from your visit with an understanding of our goals, philosophies and business practices, which are designed to provide our customers with the highest quality, most innovative products. At the end of the day, there is only one thing that matters – being number one in the eye of the customer and the community.
North America is the world’s largest automotive market, and we are proud to serve virtually every manufacturer that produces vehicles for this market. From Toyota Motor Corporation, General Motors Corporation, Ford Motor Company, Chrysler LLC, Nissan, BMW, etc., AWA has established itself as a trusted partner with its customers based on honesty, integrity, innovation and quality.
We are customer driven, and it is on this philosophy that we base our relationships – we are a resource, a collaborator. This is not to say that we are simply order-takers. As a true partner, we feel it is incumbent upon us to bring new ideas to the table, to suggest alternative, progressive methods in solving traditional problems.
And to accomplish that, we need to ensure that we offer the best minds in the industry to serve our customer. This not only relates to research, development and manufacturing, but to every facet of our organization – from human resources to IT support to logistics. Every position at AWA has potential impact on our customer relationship, and we take great pains to ensure that our associates understand and appreciate their role in that relationship. And we need to ensure that those philosophies and business practices are communicated to our customers efficiently so that they have confidence in knowing that, with AWA, the job will get done right, on time and on budget.
Finally, we at AWA also realize that we do not operate in a vacuum. We are part of a larger infrastructure that makes up the communities in which we operate. And we are cognizant of our obligation to those communities, where the quality of life is reflected by the amount its members are able to give back in time, energy, and yes, financially. We strive for all three, not only from a corporate level, but by encouraging our associates to be involved. It is the Aisin way, and it’s the right thing to do.
That’s Aisin World Corp. of America. Should you have any questions about our company, please don’t hesitate to contact us. Thanks for your interest, and thanks for visiting.
