• Aisin Receives Subaru of Indiana Automotive Award for Environmental Stewardship

    aisin-winner-pic(Lafayette, IN) Subaru of Indiana Automotive, Inc. (SIA) presented awards to three outstanding parts suppliers at an awards ceremony on May 4. The awards recognized companies that provided exceptional parts and delivery in the last fiscal year, as well as meeting sustainability and environmental stewardship goals that align with SIA’s principles.

    Recipients of SIA’s Environmental Stewardship Award included:

    -Aisin World Corporation of America

    -Continental Automotive Systems

    -US Engine Valve

    “SIA seeks to recognize suppliers who make efforts to align with our core value of environmental stewardship,” said Tim DeLong, Senior Manager of Purchasing for SIA. “We applaud these companies for their dedication to the environment.”

    The companies were honored at a dinner and reception event at the JW Marriott hotel in downtown Indianapolis. Over 300 people were in attendance and each of the honorees received a certificate and crystal award.
