AISIN Group Unveils First Virtual Exhibit at CES 2021

Northville, MICH., January 9, 2021 – Global Tier One automotive supplier AISIN Group today announced its participation in CES 2021 with the debut of a virtual exhibit, the first of its kind for the company. This virtual exhibit will be featured at the all-digital show, to be held online January 11-14, 2021. AISIN Group’s CES 2021 Virtual Exhibition can be found here: https://aisin-expo.com/ces2021/ and will be available starting January 11, 2021.

In addition to the all-new virtual display, AISIN will unveil its PARS (“Pendulum Acceleration Reduction System”) technology, an innovative system which ensures stable transportation of a load by reducing the impact of acceleration and floor inclination on the load for optimal movement control. https://youtu.be/qVB75G9z0VI

Also new to AISIN’s CES offerings is Logistics Support Services (BRIDGES@ny), a new and ingenious system for maximizing logistical efficiency for cargo companies, delivery drivers and logistics managers. By linking available trucks with companies needing cargo transportation through innovative technology, AISIN’s Logistics Support Services “bridges any” gaps in product distribution, both locally and globally. https://youtu.be/rJhh-Im87Hw

A mainstay and key attraction to all AISIN exhibits is the frame-model product demonstration vehicle, i-mobility Type-T, which is equipped with a wide range of the latest products in the AISIN Group lineup. The iconic exhibit feature has attracted crowds at global motor shows in Frankfurt, Paris, Tokyo and Detroit and appears in virtual form for the first time at CES 2021. https://my.matterport.com/show/?m=9NtL4517Mog&lang=en&dh=0

Back this year but also making its debut in virtual form is i-mobility TYPE-C20, AISIN Group’s automated, shuttle bus-like ride-sharing vehicle designed for future community use and equipped with image and voice recognition technologies. New to the i-mobility TYPE C-20 display in 2021 is the Rhythm Platform, a new mobility approach that raises customer’s excitement on their way to their destination. From displaying current weather at the destination to providing users with a variety of experiences available once they arrive, travelers have the opportunity to enhance their travel experience along the journey. https://youtu.be/EBO4Ktwtvoc

i-mobility TYPE-C20’s In-cabin Monitoring System and location-based data combine to provide transportation that aligns with specific user needs and destinations. By keeping an accurate passenger count, tracking passenger positions and their possessions, and passenger safety, the in-cabin monitoring system is a key piece to the future of mobility. The system also connects with external information resources, meaning onscreen graphics can change and respond to rider interest and local attractions. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3xivt_qukNM&feature=emb_logo

AISIN Group’s Location Based Services Platform illustrates the future of mobility by offering services using big data collected from actual vehicles with AISIN Group mobility products. Data will be analyzed in the cloud and utilized for maximizing the user experience. By using data to detect dangers for autonomous vehicles, provide real-time advertising to match location and psychological rhythm of passengers, assist in road repair support, deliver ride-sharing information and support load sharing and logistics, AISIN Group has created a variety of services for a more convenient and secure society.  https://youtu.be/euTupdRDhsw
