EXECUTIVE PROMOTIONS ANNOUNCED AT THREE AISIN COMPANIES

AISIN Corporation today announced changes to the executive team at three AISIN companies in Indiana: AISIN Holdings of America; AISIN Drivetrain Inc.; and AISIN World Corp. of America.     

The announcement, effective April 1, 2024, was made by Scott Turpin, president and CEO, AISIN World Corp. of America, who outlined the following:

  • Scott Shade was named EVP and Officer of AISIN Holdings of America, Seymour, Ind. (AHA)
  • Joe Neuman was named EVP and Officer of AISIN Drivetrain, Inc., Crothersville, Ind. (ADI)
  • Kyle Warren, was named VP, Production, AISIN World Corp. of America, Seymour, Ind. (AWA)

Scott Shade

Shade joined ADI in 1998 and has held several management and executive positions. He was named president in 2019, and was previously executive vice president. Shade will continue in his role as president of ADI, which manufactures a wide range of products, including transmissions, power steering columns, and electric water pumps for customers in the automotive and heavy equipment industries, including Toyota, Lexus and Stellantis. He now adds a dual role as EVP and Officer of AHA, the holding and administration services company for all AISIN businesses in North America. Shade earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University and is a graduate of the Ross School of Business Executive Management Program at the University of Michigan. A well-known community leader, Shade has been involved in youth athletics and the Board of Education of Brownstown, Ind., where he resides.    

Joe Neuman

Neuman was named EVP and Officer of ADI after serving as vice president of operations and new product planning, one of many roles he held as he ascended the ranks since joining ADI in 2015. Prior to his shift to the automotive industry, Neuman had a successful career in higher and secondary education. His previous experience as a varsity and collegiate basketball coach, a school director and a behavioral consultant provided him with skills that he uses daily to transform the operations, workforce and workplace expectations at ADI. He earned a Bachelor of Arts from Hanover College where he remains active in alumni activities and the Engineering Advisory Board. He obtained his Master’s Degree and Special Education License from Indiana Wesleyan University. Neuman still coaches multiple youth sports teams in his community and serves as a 3rd Degree Knight with Knights of Columbus. He resides in Madison, Indiana.

Kyle Warren

Formerly business unit manager at ADI, Warren was named vice president of production at AWA. Warren’s career began 22 years ago when he served as a production engineering intern. Since being hired full time 20 years ago, his expertise has expanded to include logistics, production control and purchasing. As business unit manager, he managed all facets of the Electrification Business Unit, aided in the transfer of business from a sister company and launched 3 major production projects. He will now apply the technical communication and problem-solving skills he has acquired to effectively lead his team in creating an efficient and effective production environment that promotes continuous improvement.  Warren obtained his Associate of Applied Science in Organizational Leadership and Supervision, an Associate of Applied Science in Industrial Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Distribution from Purdue University’s School of Technology. He resides in Brownstown, Indiana where he is active in his church council, serves on the board of Trinity Lutheran High School and is a volunteer firefighter with the Grassy Fork Volunteer Fire Department.
