EXECUTIVE PROMOTIONS ANNOUNCED AT TWO AISIN COMPANIES IN INDIANA

SEYMOUR, Ind., – Global Tier One automotive supplier AISIN Corporation today announced changes to the executive teams at two AISIN companies in Indiana: AISIN Drivetrain, Inc., Crothersville; and AISIN USA Manufacturing, Seymour. The announcement, effective immediately, was made by Scott Turpin, president and COO, AISIN World Corp. of America, who outlined the following:

  • Joe Neuman named president, AISIN Drivetrain, Inc. (ADI)
  • Rob Crosser named executive vice president, Administration (ADI)
  • Whitney Fritz named vice president, Plant 1, AISIN USA Manufacturing (AUM)

Joe Neuman

Neuman was promoted to president of ADI, which manufactures transmissions, power steering columns, electric rear axles and electric water pumps for customers including Toyota, Lexus, Honda and Stellantis. A 10-year veteran of ADI, Neuman was previously executive vice president and officer responsible for ensuring that all functions of operations work continuously and efficiently including supply chain, internal manufacturing and customer satisfaction. Neuman has steadily advanced within management and executive ranks in Quality and Engineering. Prior to his shift to the automotive industry, Neuman had a successful career in higher and secondary education. His previous experience as a varsity and collegiate basketball coach, a school director, and a behavioral consultant provided him with skills that he uses daily to enhance the operations, workforce and workplace expectations at ADI. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Hanover College, where he remains active in alumni leadership activities and with the Engineering & Athletic Advisory Boards. He also earned a master’s degree in management and a special education license from Indiana Wesleyan University. An active community member, Neuman coaches multiple youth sports teams and is involved with the Boys & Girls Clubs. He resides in Madison.

Rob Crosser

Crosser was promoted to officer and executive vice president, Administration, at ADI. He is responsible for leading finance, human resources, cost control, systems engineering, safety & environmental, business planning and compliance activities. Crosser, a 27-year veteran of ADI, has held several positions including production control specialist, software administrator and manager of Cost Control. In 2016, Crosser was promoted to division manager of Administration and led the Cost Control, Finance, Human Resources, Safety/Environmental and IT departments. In 2023, Crosser was named vice president of Administration. Crosser earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from Hanover College, and a Master of Business Administration from Indiana University Southeast. Crosser is active as an elder and clerk of session at Mt. Tabor Presbyterian Church in New Albany, where he resides.

Whitney Fritz

Fritz was promoted to vice president, Plant 1, at AUM, where she began her career in 2013.  She is responsible for all assembly processes including body, weld, surface treatment, door frames, seats and systems assembly. In addition, Fritz oversees various Plant 1 departments, including Manufacturing, Quality, Maintenance and Engineering. Since joining AUM, Fritz has been promoted several times and has held a number of positions, including quality engineer, quality group leader, quality unit manager and quality general manager. Fritz earned a Bachelor of Science degree in mathematics from Bellarmine University in Louisville, Kentucky. In 2024, she was recognized as a key leader/contributor to AUM’s receipt of two quality awards from Subaru of Indiana (Automotive Supplier Special Recognition Award); and TBAKI, a joint venture between Toyota Boshoku America, Inc. and AKI USA (Most Improved Supplier Quality). Fritz, who resides in Brownstown, is active in the community as a volunteer assistant coach for youth sports programs.
